Hello! 

My name is Kara Carroll I am the founder of Support Health & Energy to Empower your life acronym SHEEwithKAC.  For as long as I remember I wanted to help people. I knew going into college I wanted to be in the medical field. That led me to my career as a nurse practitioner (NP). I was an NP for 12 years before quitting my job for many reasons but the driving force was my poor health and lack of quality time with my family. 

During my career as an NP my health had gone up and down. In 2013 I was diagnosed with celiac disease and have since followed a gluten free diet. In 2015 my husband and I went through fertility issues, but in the end through IVF we were blessed with 3 beautiful daughters (7,7,&5). After my last child was born I continued to deal with stomach issues and  severe headaches. At the time the stress and overwhelm (like many others through the first 2 years of COVID) was at unhealthy levels. Choosing to take a break was the best decision for both me and my family. 

Since quitting my NP job I have turned my focus inward to try to understand my health as well as what brings me joy and happiness. It has led me to make many health changes as well as career changes. 

As I stated previously I love helping others, taking care of my patients is something that I missed. When I left my job I remember stating whatever I did next I wanted to make a greater impact on a smaller number of people.  I believe I have found that in my new path as a holistic wellness coach. It has been such a joy to help my clients lead a healthier happier lives both for themselves but also their families. 

Whether we work together or not, my hope is for you to find health, energy, and happiness in your life.
